The idea for “Gänseblümchen” was born in Copenhagen. There we took part on a culinary tour for tourists – we felt the idea is brilliant and so, we brought it to Vienna.

Now, we do our culinary discoveries for locals as well as for tourists – to show as much people as we can, how “delicious” Vienna tastes!

After several years of collaboration, the dream of independence came true and we made our passion into a career.
